Welcome to Kat the Label E-Boutique. Please read through our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By visiting this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Sale Items

Items discounted or sold during a sale are not in conjunction with any other offer. This includes and is not limited to birthday vouchers, existing discount codes or free shipping codes where applicable. Sale items over 50% off are non returnable unless deemed faulty.

If you change your mind you can request an exchange or return of your purchase for bodysuits, sleepwear, garters, bralettes, accessories and bras only. We strictly do not accept exchange or refund on underwear bottoms due to Australian hygiene regulations. 

Kat the Label has the right to cancel and refund any sale due to a genuine error. 

Please note that the Kat the Label returns policy does differ for our online store and third party stockists. Contact our customer service team online or the boutique directly for their return policy. 

We do not provide price adjustments for prior purchases during Sale or Promotional Periods. We do not accept refunds for full price items when they are listed on sale.

Kat the Label E-Boutique ships merchandise using Australia Post. 

All parcels are sent with Australia Post and require a signature on delivery due to missing and stolen parcels. If you are not home, parcel will be taken to the local post office for collection. Shoppers requesting safe drop, please make sure your letterbox is a safe place to leave parcels as we are not responsible for stolen or missing parcels. Full tracking is available using this service. 

We will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection & returned to sender. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details.

Taxes and customs fees are no included in International orders. If these are not paid on arrival, we will be unable to refund the parcel once it has been returned to us. We are only able to provide a store credit once the parcel has been received.

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Kat the Label will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. This can be due to public holidays, strikes or union action, weather delays and unforeseen circumstances during the delivery of your order.

Orders are subject to availability. Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends.

Mobile Terms of Service;

The Kat The Label mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Kat The Label (“Kat The Label”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Kat The Label’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Kat The Label through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Kat The Label. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to KatTheLabel or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Kat The Label mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

EOFY Mystery Credit - Terms & Conditions

The EOFY Mystery Credit promotion ("Promotion") is offered by Kat the Label and entitles eligible recipients to a $10 AUD credit, issued as a unique discount code, redeemable at katthelabel.com.

To receive a credit, customers must sign up via the EOFY Mystery Credit form. The credit code will be delivered via email to the address provided.

The credit is redeemable only during the Kat the Label EOFY Sale period: 10:00am AEST 25 June 2026 to 11:59pm AEST 28 June 2026. Codes will not be accepted before or after this window. Unused credit expires at the end of the sale period and will not be reissued, extended, or honoured retrospectively.

A minimum order value of $85 AUD is required to redeem the credit. The minimum is calculated on the cart subtotal after any markdowns or other applicable discounts, and excludes shipping.

Each code is limited to one use per customer, and cannot be transferred, shared, or resold.

The credit cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotional offer unless expressly stated otherwise.The credit has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards or to shipping costs.

The credit is valid on purchases made through the Kat the Label Australian online store (katthelabel.com) only.

If an order using the credit is returned, refunds will be processed in accordance with our standard Returns Policy based on the amount actually paid. The credit will not be reissued.

Kat the Label reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end this Promotion at any time, and to refuse redemption where fraud, misuse, or a breach of these terms is suspected.
