This position is based in our inspiring Cremorne Victoria office, along with a fun, energetic team & goal motivated culture.
As the Supply Chain Co ordinator at Kat the Label, you will play a crucial role in running and optimising our logistics, inventory, and overall operations.
You will be responsible for overseeing stock movements, updating our 3PL teams, analysing shipping costs and methods, and ensuring accurate inventory management across all our platforms and locations, inclusive of Australia, USA & wholesale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the logistics of all stock movements across the business under the guide of our operations manager.
- Coordinate with 3PL team, ensuring efficient operations and coordination of inbounding and out bounding of goods.
- Gathering freight quotations and tracking freight spend to minimise freight spend.
- Utilise inventory management platforms such as Cin7 or similar to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Oversee and track the importation of goods from China into Australia or the USA warehouses and ensure timely delivery.
- Checking factory packing lists, creating relevant PO’s and ASNs within our systems for warehouse receiving.
- Checking factory and warehouse packing guides and providing relevant paperwork and carton markings.
- Coordinate the removal of aged styles and consolidation within warehouses.
- Review critical paths and ensure timelines are met for operations and deliveries.
- Working alongside operations consultant to implement streamlined processes in our systems and roll out of updated operating procedures.
- Ability to problem solve system functions & inventory inaccuracies.
- Run cycle count process for warehouses and annual stocktake process.
- Work alongside management to mitigate risks due to global economic changes.
- Managing company wide warehouse consumables
Qualifications & about you:
- Agile personality who thrives in a fact pace environment.
- Must have minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar operations role, preferably in the ecommerce industry. This is not a manager position.
- A proactive "can-do" attitude and willingness to take on various tasks as needed.
- An understanding of logistics, operations, and the dynamics of a fashion business.
- Experience with inventory management platforms like Cin7 or similar system.
- Experience of importation processes and regulations, specifically from China into Australia or the USA.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations or 3PL's.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adhere to critical paths and meet timelines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Tech savvy and able to trouble shoot technical issues across our multiple platforms.
