All same day deliveries are powered by Rendr. Couriers will be booked for the following business day when same day delivery orders are placed after the cut off time.

Tracking Numbers

All items are sent tracked, your tracking will be emailed to you. You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website here.

Address Accuracy

Please check and double check your address is correct. Include all street numbers, unit numbers, floors + company names where applicable. We suggest including a mobile phone number so we can contact you quickly if there are any problems.

We encourage you to download the Auspost App which allows you to closely manage your delivery and edit shipping address if needed.

Address/Order Changes

We cannot make changes to orders once placed.

Labels are created automatically once the order is placed so we are unable to change these once manifested.

If your country is not available please reach out to customer support so we can assist. 

*These are Aus Post Express & Aus Post delivery times for metro/city areas. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance or delivery outside metro areas. Estimated delivery time is from date shipped, not necessarily the date of the order.

New Zealand orders are shipped with courier NZ Post. This is a direct injection method and is a very consistent & reliable service. Tracking numbers may take a few days to become trackable while the parcel is in transit, and will be scanned once the parcel lands in NZ. You can track your orders here.

International - US, Canada & EU orders are shipped with Australia Post, once parcels arrive in your country are trackable on the Aus Post website as well as the local postal network once the parcel lands. You can track your parcel here:

International - Asia orders are shipped with Australia Post, and once parcels arrive in your country are trackable on the Aus Post website as well as the local postal network once the parcel lands. You can track your parcels here.

International Customs Charges 

The customer will be responsible for customs or import charges that may be required based on their shipping country. Please check your governments import fees and taxing before placing orders with Kat the Label as we do not reimburse these fees.

Address Changes

Please check and double check your address is correct. Include all street numbers, unit numbers, floors + company names where applicable. We suggest including a mobile phone number so we can contact you quickly if there are any problems. International orders require phone numbers at checkout. 

If you have entered the wrong address or need to update an address, please email us immediately at support@katthelabel.com to amend. Labels are created automatically once the order is placed so we only have a small window to be able to make any changes. 

Please triple check your address before placing the order, as we are not responsible for missing parcels if we could not update address in time.  

Dispatch

All orders are fulfilled the same day that are made before 11am (Melbourne, Australia Time) Monday to Friday. Orders made after 11am will be fulfilled the next working day. 

Delivery & Order Costs

The delivery cost is a flat rate per order. All charges are in Australian Dollars ($AUD). The currency conversion will provide an estimate to your local currency. The conversion provided estimates the charge in your local currency, however you will be charged in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

Order Tracking

You will be emailed a tracking number on dispatch. 

Royal Mail customers: Please note that Royal Mail applies import VAT and duty to orders over £150. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be settled with your local customs/courier.
