ECOMMERCE AND CRM ASSISTANT

We are a female-founded and lead team based in Cremorne, VIC looking for an E-commerce and CRM Assistant to join our dynamic team. Reporting into our Head of Marketing & Growth, we are looking for a passionate and driven individual looking to build their career in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Assistance:

  • Maintain and update the online store, ensuring product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for SEO
  • Manage on-site customer experience to increase conversion rate and AOV 
  • Support marketing team for promotional campaigns, product launches and sales 
  • Product description, imagery and collection merchandising 
  • Manage Shopify applications (including Okendo, Back in Stock) with a focus on customer retention & loyalty 
  • Monitor website performance and work closely with our web developer to improve user experience, identifying areas for improvement

Email & SMS Marketing:

  • Assist with set-up, testing and scheduling of email & SMS campaigns
  • Maintain and grow email & SMS databases
  • Implement email segmentation strategies 
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results

Loyalty & Retention:

  • Assist in developing and implementing customer retention strategies 
  • Own customer loyalty & oversee our Sunday Society loyalty program 
  • Assist with affiliate marketing channels 

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key ecommerce and marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Shopify analytics
  • Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting successes and areas for growth

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce and CRM roles, preferably with an ecommerce brand. 
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive. 
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
